Eleanor Evans graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2008.

 For ten years she acted as Teachers Assistant, Student Clinic Supervisor and then Lead Bodywork Instructor which has engrained in her a deep knowing of the human body and over 10,000 hours of hands on experience. She weaves a practice rich in Deep Tissue, Myo-fascial Release, Joint Range of Motion, Neuromuscular and Swedish Massage Techniques that are designed to realign the body and greatly reduce pain. 

In 2015, she started her yogic journey, which lead her to the practice of Yoga Nidra.

 In 2017, Eleanor became a full time student at Metropolitan State University of Denver.  She expects to graduate with a B.S. in Integrative Health Care and licensure in Wellness Coaching in spring 2021. Eleanor believes in the healing process, and she sees no limit to what the body or mind can do. She is continually inspired to share her enthusiasm with those around her. Her dedication and out pouring of love are a testament to her stewardship of the human body, and she finds great fulfillment in the work that she does.
