Neuromuscular Spinal Release Trigger Point Therapy

T-bar-shaped tools are used to dive deep into the spinal ligaments and attachments to treat trigger points, rebalance the nervous system and detoxify the body. This treatment is great for whole-body relaxation and reset!

Digestive/Visceral Detoxify & Treat

This routine is designed to relax and detoxify the visceral organs and encourages digestive flow and nervous system relaxation.

TMJ Intraoral Release

This routine is done with a gloved hand inside the mouth to access and release the deep and subtle muscles in the jaw, neck, and face. Great for post-dental work, treating migraines, and managing lockjaw.

The Migraine Buster T-Bar Treatment

T-bars are applied at the occipital ridge along the back of the head, and on the posterior neck to relieve deep tension and access the muscles which contribute to painful migraines and tension headaches. Acupressure points are added at the end to bring energy back down to the body.

Advanced Knee Routine

This session is done by applying T-bars with pinpoint pressure to key attachment sites, and deep ligaments of the knee. Helpful in treating injury and deeply hydrating crunchy and painful knee bits and points. Hot packs and Liniments complement this therapy to give your knees a new lease on life.

The Rock and Roll Power Hour

A vigorous full-body session set to the soundtrack of your favorite Rock and Roll album. Don't have a rock-out preference? Allow Eleanor to choose the soundtrack for your session. Fluff and buff your muscles, flush out your lymph and activate your nervous system with this fun-filled and musical session.
